People to People is headquartered in the United States, with offices established in the states Kentucky and Maryland. Internationally, People to People is legally registered as an independent organization, following the same mission statement, in a number of countries, including Canada, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The organization has a focal office in Ethiopia that serves all chapters of People to People and implements all projects undertaken by the various P2P organizations. P2P also has representatives in various other countries, including Germany, Australia, Belgium, Holland, and many more.
